Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping Policy

Prints are made to order, so please allow four to six weeks for delivery. Prints on paper are unframed and ship rolled in a tube. Paintings and gicleés on canvas are sold unframed unless otherwise listed in the description and will be shipped box. The cost of shipping and handling and other types of transactions will be automatically added to your PayPal and listed when you check out. Purchases are sent USPS Priority Mail. For larger works, after purchase is completed, you will be contacted via your preferred contact method (email, phone, etc.) regarding shipping arrangements. For custom orders, orders outside the U.S., and large quantity orders, please contact Painted Thought Designs.

Returns

Any print damaged during shipping will be replaced. Please inform the shipper immediately upon receipt of any damage. If you find that an original work has been damaged during shipping, please inform the shipper immediately upon receipt as well. I will do my best to repair the damage or I will return the purchase price upon return of the damaged original.

Prices

Prices are based in large part on the labor involved in creating the work of art. Naturally, more complicated designs cost more, less involoved works will be less expensive than works of a similar size. All prices on this site are subject to change without notice. Local sales tax is 6.6875%. No sales tax is charged on works sold over the internet and shipped out of state.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
